She’s tight and complete, she does so many good deeds
She’s got the table, she’s got the salt
Her green lights’ flashin’ and I’m not gonna’ halt
I’m almost cryin’ ain’t that a shame?
She’s heatin’ up that red hot flame

She says, “ Well yes, I’m from the country
And I like to do, the kinds of things that
Country girls do
I make some butter, after I milk some cows
I drive the tractor in the fields, that, I like to plow “
She says, “ If you wanna’ harvest, better
Mmm, plant some seeds “
She’ll tell you all about what a country girl needs

When I awoke in the barn
In a bed of straw and hay
I caught a look from the chicken’s eyes
that said, “ You really don’t wanna’ stay
Head on straight out to the highway
Through that field of wheat “
I scratched a goat under the chin
As I hopped to my feet
I told my farm girl love that “ I’d like to stay
But there’s too much I must see “
